It's pretty difficult to tell it apart from the default version. When you see it exactly in front or behind yourself, diamond should be narrower and a bit more thin. But if it appears from the side, the task becomes way harder.

Also you should be careful if you stay on some tight single-lane road, because it makes the comparsion of sizes kind of unclear.

Seems like it's still a new type of road markings, so there is no much of them. I didn't manage to find more than 3.

Regular — how it looks in GeoGuessr

In general, this diamonds can be found in every prefecture, but according to 5UP3RB doc most likely they would appear in the following regions:

  • Hokkaido
  • Aomori
  • Akita
  • Iwate
  • Fukushima
  • Tokio
  • Kanagawa
  • Fukui
  • Aichi
  • Osaka
  • Ehime
  • Fukuoka
  • Nagasaki
  • Miyazaki
  • Kagoshima

I tried to include them all but seems like the further north you go, the less diamonds you see. So i didn't manage to find one in Yamagata and Aomori.
